Challenge: Remodeling the footprint for optimized flow and high-capacity storage, while skillfully diagnosing and remediating unforeseen plumbing complications uncovered beneath the subfloor during construction.
After: A bright, high-functioning, and deeply welcoming culinary space featuring timeless white shaker cabinetry and understated quartz countertops. A vibrant, ceiling-height blue tile backsplash serves as a striking focal point, complemented by a dedicated built-in coffee station and beautifully restored original hardwood floors that seamlessly bridge the home’s history with modern luxury.
