Before: A historic Buffalo home trapped in an entirely dysfunctional layout, overwhelmed by heavily dated finishes, and desperately requiring a complete gut renovation down to the studs.
Challenge: A massive structural and mechanical overhaul—including total reframing, brand-new electrical grids, and a completely replaced plumbing network—paired with reconfiguring the architectural layout of the kitchen and every single bathroom for optimal modern flow.
After: A breathtaking, character-filled masterpiece. We blended the home’s original architectural soul with the client’s beautifully eclectic style, utilizing striking handmade terrazzo, vibrant, playful tile selections, and curated vintage pieces that seamlessly tie the old world to the new.
